Do you have a pre-teen that could use some extra training this summer? Iron Strong offers a Pre-Teen Strength & Conditioning Program for pre-teens looking to improve strength, conditioning and overall athleticism. Our fun, results-driven workouts are specially designed for pre-teens ages 10-14 (must be 10 years old by 9/1/17) with a focus on developing well-rounded athletes. This program is right for seasoned student athletes as well as beginners just looking to develop a love a fitness.
Our workouts are challenging and tailored to each individual's current ability level while targeting and improving:
Cardiovascular & Respiratory Endurance
The program will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:30 am from June 27th to August 31st and led by Joe Fraser, who is NASM certified personal trainer and Crossfit Kids Certified.
SPECIAL: The program lasts 10 weeks for a total of 20 classes at less than $13 per class if you sign up by June 21st .
