Strength - Front Squat

Warm up - 90% x 2 then 80% of single for 10 reps

10 Push ups

15 Air squats

 

Post WOD Stretch - Banded Hip Flexor Stretch, Shoulder extension for Lats, Couch Stretch (Quads)
