Warm up / Technique Review

 

Strength 1 - Deadlift

7 sets x 3 reps @ 80% - 85% (Across)

 

Strength 2 - Push Press

7 sets x 3 reps @ 80% (across)

 

Optional Strength: strict pull ups 7 sets x 5-7 reps (weighted if possible)

 

Post WOD stretching
