Warm up / Dynamic Stretch

Strength - Back Squat
(Warm up scheme then 2 sets x 3 reps @ 70% )

Strength - Front Squat (2 sets x 3 reps @ 70%)

**Use the same percentages for Back Squat and Front Squat. Warm up and perform your work sets on the Back Squat and then move directly to your work weight for the Front Squat.

MetCon WOD: 13 Minute AMRAP
