Benchmark Test - Box Jump, Max Height
Find your max height box jumps.
We will be using plates and going up to find our highest box jump showing control at the top.

Deadlifts, 225# / 155#
**You must be able to perform 5-10 reps in a row with good form. This weight should be no higher than 65% of your max. We'll be watching the form carefully and drop weight if necessary.
