Skill work / Strength - Split Jerk

7 sets x 3 reps @ ascending (form focus)

*No press outs!

 

Warm up - Full cleans

3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 working up to your workout weight.

 

Strength WOD: 5 minute AMRAP

 

Max Full Cleans @ 50% of your back squat

 

Try to get a rep every 15 to 20 seconds.
