Warm up / Dynamic Stretch

 

Strength - Front Squat

warm up to a single at 97.5%, then 77.5% of your single for 10 reps

(NOT a new 1 rep max!!)

No failed sets

Set of 10 should be slightly heavier than last week

 

MetCon WOD - Short MetCon followed by 10 minutes of stretching
