Today's WOD:


Warm up / Dynamic Stretch


Strength 1: Front Squat

(7 sets x 3 reps @ 85%)

All sets at the same weight. Heavier than 2 weeks ago.

**Focus on holding a good front rack position


Strength 2: Deadlift

(6 sets x 5 reps @ Ascending)

Work to the heaviest set of 5 with perfect form.

Reps must be touch and go. No relaxing at the bottom. Stay under constant tension.
