Strength - Behind the neck Push Press

(7 sets x 3 reps @ Ascending / Mod weight)

 

Be cautious on the lowering portion on this movement stay light if needed. This movement will be great for learning proper head position when finishing the jerk.

 

Olympic Strength - Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

(work to a heavy single for this complex)
