Congrats to the people who did their body composition test last night!
I didn't get to speak to everyone but shout out to Tara. A., Tom G., Erica B., Cris R., and Chris C. who all had some great gains in muscle mass and dropped their body fat percentage. Keep up the good work.
To anyone who took their first test today, congrats on establishing an accurate baseline to work from and finding out your real numbers. If you can track it, you can change it.
