Warm up / Technique review

Strength - Front Squat
(7 sets x 3 reps @ 80%-85%)

Strength - Push Press
(Warm up then 5 x 5 @ 70%-80%)
**No Jerks!

After today's strength choose one:
1 - 100 Ab mat sit ups / 50 GHD sit ups
2 - 2k Row
