Remember the Hydrostatic Body Composition testing is this Friday and Saturday. we still have some spots available if you're interested. We do this testing about every 4 months. Sign up sheet and time slots are on the cork board next to Wodify.

Today's WOD:

Strength - Back Squat
(Warm up 10 - 10 - 10 )
Your last set should be Heavier than last weeks set of 12.

Strength - Deadlift (Warm up then one heavy set of 8 reps.)
Heavier than last weeks set of 10.

MetCon WOD: 12 Minute AMRAP

10 One arm KB swings 55/35 (5 per arm)
15 Goblet Squats 55/35
20 Sit ups

Rx + = 70/55
