If you missed any day's this week you will be making one of them up today. The most important one to make up would be Wednesday if you missed it.

**If you came all three day's you're welcome to come for mobility and active recovery (low intensity running/rowing/jump roping). Lightweight Olympic lifting will be okay for technique work.
