Strength - Back Squat
(Warm up - 12 - 12 - 12)
Increase weight from last week so last few reps of each set are challenging. No failing, no bailing.
**If you went too heavy last week, scale back the weight and hit a set of 12 with great form.

Strength - Deadlift
(1 heavy set of 10 reps)
slightly heavier than last week.
