Warm up / Mobility

Gymnastic Benchmark: HSPU strict (AMRAP - Reps)
Strict Handstand Push-Ups
7 Minute EMOM
1 Max set every minute
Score the total number of handstand push-ups you complete.

Toes to Bar (scaled option - sit ups)
Burpees
