Power Snatch
(2 reps EMOM for 10 minutes)
Work on technique - Moderate weight
**Focus on receiving the bar in a solid power position. No muscle snatches.

MetCon WOD: 10 Rounds

3 Cleans 185/135
4 Handstand Push ups
5 Strict Pull ups
