"Rest day / Make up Day"

We are in week 1 of our current 8 week programming cycle. Every Thursday will be a scheduled Rest / Make up day. This will make the programming more consistent for the 8 weeks.

You'll be making up the programming you missed early in the week. If you came all days this week you should be doing 1 of 2 things. Taking a full Rest Day or coming in for an Active Rest Day. Active rest day should be mobility / stretching / low-intensity cardio (running/rowing/Jump roping)

***If you came all day's, you must do active rest work only. The goal here is to be smart about taking Rest days to keep you progressing and preventing overuse injuries.

At the start of class we'll split into groups depending on which day you need to make up. All will be listed on the whiteboard. (Monday or Wednesday is the most important one this week if you missed it.)
