Saturday's will be endurance and Sunday's will be strength!
It's going to be sunny out, this workout is about endurance and your ability to recover with a pretty even work/rest ratio. There will be a scaled 250M Run for anyone who struggles with the 400m. So if endurance is your weakness get in and work on it!
