Saturday's will be endurance and Sunday's will be strength!

It's going to be sunny out, this workout is about endurance and your ability to recover with a pretty even work/rest ratio. There will be a scaled 250M Run for anyone who struggles with the 400m. So if endurance is your weakness get in and work on it!

Today's WOD:

"You Go, I Go" - Partner WOD

40 Min, AMRAP

One Partner works while the other rests/2-3 strict pull up sets

7 Thrusters 95/65
7 Push ups
7 Toes To Bar
400m Run

**If you are the partner resting you are doing 2-3 sets of strict pull ups

Rx+ option 115/75 + Med ball 400m 20/14

Score = Rounds completed as a team (Enter in pull ups in comment)
