8 x 10 seconds pull up holds

Strength - Back Squat
(Warm up then 10 - 10 - 10)
Work to a heavy 10 (heavier than last time)
The goal is no failing. Suggested starting weight is about 60%

MetCon WOD: Chipper

50 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
50 Push ups
