Part 1:

“The Breakup”

With a running clock, both partners simultaneously complete:

1st minute:

2 Push press 125/85

2 Burpee

2nd minute:

4 Push presses

4 Burpees

Adding 2 push press and 2 burpee each minute until the FIRST PERSON fails.

Score is rounds + reps

REST TEN MINUTES

PART 2:

“The Makeup”

6 Rounds for Time:

5 Squat Cleans (125# / 85#)(use same bar / adjust weights)

10 Box Jumps 24/20

Partners will alternate rounds (eg. one does round while other rests)
