Warm up / Technique Review

We will be spending most of class doing the squat program today with plenty of rest in between sets.

Strength - Back Squat
Warm up then 2 sets x 4 reps @ 80%

Strength - Front Squat
2 sets x 4 reps @ 80%

Benchmark Test - Max Effort 1-Mile Run

There will a solid 10 minutes of mandatory stretching programmed on the whiteboard.
