Warm up & Mobility - 10 minutes

Skill - Pull up technique Strict vs. Kipping

Benchmark MetCon - Chelsea

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes: 

5 Pull-ups 

10 Push-ups 

15 Squats

**If you do not complete your set in under a minute, finish your set and take the rest of the minute off. Score = Rounds + Reps

Post WOD Stretching - 10 minutes
