Strength- Deadlift

7x3 ascending. Start at 60-70% of your 1RM and add ~5% per set.

30 minutes

WOD- 13 minute AMRAP of

15 wall ball shots 20/15#
10 Kettlebell Swings 70/55#
5 Hand-stand push-ups
