Strength/Skill - Split Jerk

Work up to a moderately heavy triple from the rack. Work up slowly from a light weight, focusing on form.

30 minutes

WOD- EMOM for 12 minutes

Odd Minutes: 5 shoulder-to-overhead 155/105#
Even Minutes: 10 toes-to-bar
