Strength- Back Squat

Work up to a heavy single.

Then, do 4x3 at 75%

pause for 3 seconds at the bottom of the each squat of the 4x3

WOD-  "J.T"

21-15-9 for time
Handstand Push-ups
Ring Dips
Push-ups
