Strength- Back Squat
5x5 at 70-75% across (same weight)
WOD- EMOM for 12 minutes of
2 strict pull-ups
4 hand release push-ups
each minute, add 1 pull-up and 2 push-ups.
if you fail to complete all the reps required for that minute, do not count the missed reps and drop back down to 2 pull-ups, 4 push-ups the next minute, adding reps again as normal from there.
Score is total number of reps completed.
