Remember, Nora will be having Yoga classes on Tuesday at 10:30am and Thursday at 5pm (The Thursday CrossFit class will be CANCELLED).
The Yoga classes are now in WODify. You must sign up by midnight of the DAY BEFORE the class starts. (you can sign up as early as 4 days prior.) This is important for Nora to know how many people to expect at her class each day.
If you forget to sign up but there are still spots available, you will still be able to attend. However, if no one signs up by the day before, the class will be cancelled.
Also, anyone interested in improving their endurance, we highly encourage you sign up for Arun's running seminar on Friday June 19th at 6pm ! Please reserve a spot as soon as you're able through WODify. (there will be a workout at the end of the seminar.)
