Skill - Handstand push-up form and standards review. Work on handstands against the wall, kipping handstand push-ups or walking handstands.

Core - Try to accumulate 2 minutes and 30 seconds of L-sit holds.

15 minutes

WOD - 15 minute AMRAP
5 HSPU (Rx+ is 20 foot handstand walk)
10 Burpee Box jumps 30/24"
15 air squats
20 double-unders
