Mobility - Hamstring stetch
Trigger point - Glutes / Back

3 Rounds:
10 Box jumps
10 PVC pass through

Skill- Form and standard review for the toes to bar. Be sure you are doing them correctly in order to use "Rx" on workouts with Toes to bar.

10 minutes

MetCon Warm up:     
Spend 10 minutes getting ready for the workout. Set up Pull ups, Box jumps, Handstand push ups (choose appropriate scale if needed)

WOD- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for time of:

Chest-to-bar pull-ups
Handstand Push-ups
Box jumps 30/24"

Time Cap 18 minutes
