Announcements!

- Nora's Yoga class starts this week! It will be free for the rest of this month. Come check it out and get some great stretching in. It will be Tuesday's at 10:30am and Thursday's 5pm (regular class is cancelled).

-Arun is having a running seminar this Friday at 6pm(there will be a WOD). Reserve your spot on WODify.

-CrossFit KIDS is looking for some time suggestions for upcoming summer hours! Please comment or message us for possible times.

-The next CrossFit Cookout will be July 18th! Family and friends welcome.

Skill- Muscle-ups

Work on transitions and kip. If you can't do 4 strict ring dips and 4 strict pull-ups unbroken, so strength work on those.

WOD- 5 Rounds for Time of:
10 Reverse Burpees
10 Pull-ups
10 Burpees
10 Toes-to-Bar
10 Box Jumps 24/20"
10 Handstand Push-ups
10 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20"
