10 minutes of squat therapy, work on perfecting squat form.

Skill - Muscle Ups

15 minutes working on muscle ups or strict pull-ups/ring dips

WOD- 5 Rounds for Time
20 Toes-to-Bar
10 push-ups
5 strict pull-ups (Rx+ is 2 muscle-ups)

Time cap 15 minutes
