-Running Seminar Wed. 6pm-

For those participating in this months running challenge, we have a running seminar 6pm this Wednesday! This is open to all members. If you missed the 1st week of the challenge you can still start this week.

- Thanks to everyone who came out for the cookout this past weekend, we had a blast. Shout out to Fossil Farms for providing some excellent grass fed bison burgers and dogs. Don't worry if you missed it we'll be announcing another one soon!

- For those participating in the 3 month Body Composition challenge. This week we will be announcing the nutritional seminar and the one on one goal setting information. Remember if you can measure it, you can manage it. We are very excited to see how much progress everyone can accomplish in 3 months.
