Class time update!
We will be taking a vote this week in the gym for new early morning times. Starting next week we will not have 8pm class anymore.
Due to popular demand we will be adding an additional Olympic lifting class every Wednesday night at 8pm. There will be a weekly sign up.
New open gym times will be announced later this week!
