The CrossFit Open will be at 6pm to 8pm! A great first WOD for the open. Remember if you are coming to workout for 6pm your name has to be on the list, if it isn't send us a message asap. Looking forward to seeing everyone compete! We'll have the heats all organized, feel free to come a little early. Everyone will have plenty of time to warm up.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
10 Deadlifts 115/75
5 Snatches 115/75
6 minutes to find 1-rep-max clean and jerk
Perform both workouts on a 15-minute clock, start Workout 15.1a immediately after finishing 15.
