CrossFit Open Event is this Friday night 6pm-8pm
I encourage everyone who can make it to come compeddte and get the competition experience. You don't have to be advanced to compete, you will be able to scale as necessary.
It will be well worth it when you see how much you have improved over last year. Or if you are new, this is a great time to set some benchmarks and see where you are at.
If you are working out Friday night for the Open event 6pm-8pm (everyone should be!) make sure your name is on the list in the gym so we can have the heats organized.
