CrossFit Bowling Social is this Saturday!  Brunswick zone at 8pm to 10pm. Friends and family are welcome.  If you are going, make sure you sign up in the gym by Wednesday.

Todays WOD:

Technique Review: Rope Climbs

Review/Progressions 

Technique WOD: 10 min. EMOM

1 Rope Climb 

**Add 1 rope climb every two minutes until completion**

MetCon WOD :  "Tag in"

20 minute AMRAP 

Partner 1: Row for calories 

Partner 2: 25 Box Jumps 24/20

**If one partner stops rowing, the other must wait until they start.**
