Technique:  Pullup Progressions

Review Standard Pullup/Kipping Pullup/Butterfly Pullup

(If you are proficient at the kip, practice your Competition standard chest to bar pull ups)

MetCon WOD:
WOD A:
10 Minute EMOM
Odd minute: 7 Pullups (your choice on style)
Even minute: 7 Ring Dips

Rx + = 10 reps

** 3 minute recovery**

WOD B:
10 Minute EMOM
Odd minute: 10 Jump Squats 45/35
Even minute: 7 Handstand Push ups
Rx + = 10 HSPU
