-CrossFit KIDS is on Sunday at 10:30AM

-Saturday's at 10:30AM we will be having CrossFit Open Training.

We'll be focusing on a skill or weightlifting technique then completing a previous CrossFit Open WOD with judging. This will help prepare for next years Open in Feb/March. This is open to all members and will focus on hitting the proper competition standards for the movements. Any questions just ask Coach Joe.
