**Warmup to 75% of 1 Rep Max, Then:

Strength WOD:
10 Minute EMOM
4 Full Cleans #135/95

**10 minute Barbell Warmup**
MetCon WOD:  "Ed"
1 Deadlift 135/95
1 Power Clean
1 Shoulder to Overhead
+1 rep every minute until you fail to complete your sets.
