Growing up with a passion for sports, Joe has been surrounded by training, competition, and teamwork since the age of 8. From the start of his athletic career, the excitement of pushing himself to new levels of performance was the most rewarding. His experience with competitive wrestling, lacrosse, soccer and baseball fueled a similar drive in life. Joe co-founded Iron Crossfit North Brunswick in 2013 to pair his passion for business with life changing strength and conditioning results.
Since 2009, Crossfit has given Joe an outlet to be competitive, meet friends, and achieve levels of fitness he never thought he'd be able to obtain.

Jen has been coaching in one form or another for over 20 years. In her early 20s, Jen was a fitness instructor. As 40 was approaching, she started started to get back into shape with bootcamps, running and sprint triathlons. Jen realized she was lacking strength so she turned to Crossfit. She immediately fell in love with the barbell and never looked back. Jen's favorite thing about Crossfit is how it can help people become stronger in and out of the gym. Jen is committed to helping athletes learn to move well as they get stronger so they can keep coming to the gym for a lifetime.

Naimish was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 and has been hooked ever since. He found that the tenants of CrossFit paralleled his prescription for exercise and wellness. As a sports and interventional pain management physician, he brings an emphasis on injury prevention and functional conditioning, important for both performance and daily life. His passion for both teaching and fitness is the perfect match for CrossFit coaching.
