I grew up with a passion for sports and have been surrounded by training, competition, and teamwork since the age of 8. From the start of my athletic career, the excitement of pushing myself to new levels of performance has always been the most rewarding. Since 2009, Crossfit has given me an outlet to be competitive, meet friends, and achieve levels of fitness I never thought I'd be able to obtain. My experience with Crossfit, competitive wrestling, lacrosse, soccer and baseball fueled a similar drive in life that I enjoy sharing with our adult and youth fitness members.
I was one of the co-founders of Iron Crossfit North Brunswick in 2013. Back then and today my goal was to pair my passion for business with life-changing strength and conditioning results for people.

I am a masters athlete and entrepreneur who has been coaching in one form or another for over 20 years and I love every minute of it. Although I was a fitness instructor in my 20s and an occasional runner in my 30s, I fell in love with the barbell in my 40s. I wish I found Crossfit when I was younger! Crossfit is by far the most fun I've ever had getting fit . Now, I get to share my passion by helping people get faster and stronger at any age and from any background. My wish is for everyone who comes through our doors to be open to the possibility that they can amaze themselves.
Favorite Movement: the Deadlift. It is the first thing that made me realize I could get very strong. I also have an unusual love of burpees.
Favorite WOD is Cindy because I get to move fast and do pull ups - something that I never thought I would ever be able to do.
Favorite Drink: Coffee. I am a busy mom and I own another business so coffee is life!
Favorite splurge: Espresso chip ice cream because ... I love coffee.

Naimish was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 and has been hooked ever since. He found that the tenants of CrossFit paralleled his prescription for exercise and wellness. As a sports and interventional pain management physician, he brings an emphasis on injury prevention and functional conditioning, important for both performance and daily life. His passion for both teaching and fitness is the perfect match for CrossFit coaching.

Nora is a masters athlete, certified personal trainer, yogi and ultra-marthoner with 12 years of experience coaching athletes for 5Ks,10Ks, half and full marathons, triathlons, Spartan races and The Warrior Challenge. She has personally participated and completed races from One mile in 6:29 (Fifth Avenue One Mile, NY; Collage Ave. Mile, New Brunswick, NJ;) to 100 miles in 30+ hours (Viaduct 100). She also ran in the NYC, Philadelphia, Boston and Jerusalem Marathons, Sprint and Half-Ironman Triathlon - MusselMan triathlon, Geneva, NY; Timberlake Half, New Hampshire, 10K Run for Haiti - Charity race for orphans in Haiti; Completed Spartan trifecta; and the Warrior Challenge solo and with team.
