I am a 36-year-old working mother of 3 beautiful children ages 16 months to 6 years old. I can proudly say, without any hesitation, I am in the best shape of my life and I attribute it all to Iron Crossfit!


     I began my journey at Iron 2 months after I had my 3rd child. I had my usual 25lbs of baby weight to lose and was eager to lose it quick (aren’t we all). In the past, I had always lost the baby weight within the year with mostly cardio -based programs and a healthy diet which I did enjoy and had much success. I had many friends who always encouraged me to add lifting to my exercise routine but always pushed back due to my fear of getting “bulky”. I was scared of adding too much muscle. I heard so many wonderful things about Crossfit, including how it transforms the body and just the overall positive atmosphere. I knew this was the exact motivational push I needed to get back into shape this time around.
